How does the pass-or-extend guarantee work?
Buy any 12-month plan, sit your exam, and if you don't pass, send us proof within one month of your result. We'll extend your access for another 12 months of the same plan — on us. One extension per purchase. Fair-use limits apply: if we notice usage well outside normal study patterns during an extended term, we may throttle access to keep the offer sustainable for everyone.
Is this a subscription?
No. All plans are one-off purchases for the duration listed. You won't be automatically re-billed when your access ends, and we don't store a card to charge you later.
Can I use Auri on my phone?
Yes. Auri works in any modern browser and has dedicated iOS and Android apps. Your progress syncs across devices.
What if I need a refund?
Within 7 days of purchase, email [email protected] — if the product genuinely doesn't fit your needs, we'll make it right.
